Structural Engineer job opportunity to work for a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy in Redditch, Worcestershire.

£35k to £45k + benefits (read below)  

From day one, you'll work alongside a close-knit and experienced team of Civil and Structural Engineers. Helping to design and analyse various building structures up to £25m. This established consultancy is currently in a significant growth phase, where the Technical Director has the remit to double the size of the civil and structural engineering team.

Structural Engineer duties:

• Design and analyse building structures in the main materials.
• Manage small structural engineering projects or assist on larger ones.
• Work closely with a senior structural engineer to develop project designs and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any issues that arise.
  
• Use software such as Tekla Structural Designer and CADS.

Structural Engineer experience:

• Civil / Structural Engineering degree.
• 3+ years' building design experience gained at a UK design consultancy.
• Experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of various structural engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all engineering practices.

Structural Engineer benefits:
